By submitting an application online, or signing up for online services (“eservice”) for an ElectroGear.Net Account, you hereby agree to the following and this will constitute your consent (“Consent”) for us to send you electronic communications.

1. Categories of Communications.
You understand and AGREE that ElectroGear.Net, (“we” or “us”) may provide to you by electronic means information regarding your Account, including disclosures required by applicable federal or state law (collectively, “Communications”) which may include, but is not limited to, the following:

The initial disclosures, terms, or agreement (“Agreement”), Privacy Policy, Sales  Policy  and other disclosures;

Letters or notices regarding your Account, including customer service responses; ElectroGear.Net's Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”).

Any and All other disclosures, notices and communications in connection with the application for, the opening of, maintenance of or collection of the Account;

Communications may be sent to your e-mail address. Communications may include your name and some information about your Account, including your balance or the due date. Electronic Communications may be disclosed to any party with access to your Account or e-mail account or hardware or software used to view your Account or e-mail account.

2. Manner of Consent.
You acknowledge that by giving your Consent through this website, you demonstrate that you can access information that we may provide to you by posting electronic Communications on a website.

3. How to Withdraw Consent.
You may not apply online for a an Account, unless you provide your Consent.  After you open an Account or eservice, you may withdraw your Consent by contacting customer service or by writing to 7635 La Cholla Blvd # 31 Tuscon Arizona 85743

Types Of Information We Collect:

It is important for you to know that in order to ensure that our customers get the very best service and the highest quality products, ElectroGear.Net collects demographic information (such as your name and address) and credit information (such as information related to your accounts with us and others). This information comes either directly from you, for instance, from your application and transactions on your account; or, it may come from an outside source such as your credit bureau report. In addition, if you visit our Internet website, we may collect certain information about your Internet usage. Gathering this information helps us to identify our customers and manage our relationships. It also assists us in the development of services to meet the continuing needs of our customers.

APPLICATIONS:

Canceled Applications, will NOT be Refunded the Application Fee. The Application Fee is Non-Refundable as listed on the Application. If you Can Not or Do Not want to pay the Application Fee, Do Not Apply.

Once the Application is submitted, the Application Fee of $39.96 will be charged and is Non-Refundable.

If you did not read the Terms and the Fee Authorization on the Application, and Falsely Authorized and Agreed with the Terms on the Application, We will not be held responsible or liable. It is the Applicants soul responsibility to read the terms on the Application that they are Agreeing with.

TERMS MAY VERY:

Financing is issued to Applicants who Agree to have their Checking Accounts Electronically debited for repayment on a monthly basis. Re-Payment terms are 18 to 24 months. The APR is 0.0%. (Not everyone will qualify for Financing). The amount of  Down payment will be determined by our Finance Staff.

FINANCE PAYMENTS:

Financing is issued on select products and services who agree to have their checking accounts or credit card debited for repayment of the credit extended on a monthly basis as listed.

Documents we require for Identity protection:

All Applicants financing any product or service may be required to provide the following documentation for Identity, Residence and Employment verification purposes only:

· Photocopy of valid state issued drivers license or identification card
· Photocopy of your federally issued social security card.
· Photocopy of a current utility bill in your name and showing your current address.
· Photocopy of a current pay stub in your name and showing minimum of 6 months of employment.
· Photocopy of a current bank statement in your name and reflecting a positive balance.

We reserve the right to require the submittal of any additional forms of identification and or residential and employment documentation not stated here that it deems necessary to satisfy the above stated requirements for loan approval. If the documentation sent by you fails to satisfy these requirements to our satisfaction we reserve the right to refuse financing to anyone at anytime. The above requirements are meant to protect you and ElectroGear.Net against identity theft and fraud.

Refunds after Product Shipment:

The Down Payment or any Payments will not be refunded, after delivery, You are in Default if your payment is more then 30 days late, unless payment extension was granted. Please see Default on Account for more details

Cancellations;

Emails sent to ElectroGear.Net are not answered by a live representative and will not be accepted as a valid form of Canceling;

To Cancel your order, before delivery, please call our customer service department at (520) 226-0346 Mon - Fri  9am to 3pm Eastern Time. Refund of the Payments paid before canceling, will be refunded usually within 30 to 60 business days from the date of cancellation, less a 10% cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fee;

The Cancellation Fee is 10% of the Total Product Price, that you Agreed to Pay.  "For Example" A product that costs 599.99, would equal to a $59.99 cancellation fee. "For Example" you paid $100.00 before canceling, the Amount of the Refund would be $40.01.

Refunds:

Cancellations on orders before they are shipped, are usually refunded within 30 to 60 business days. You will be refunded the portion of the down payment that has been paid up to the date of cancellation. A 10% Cancellation Fee will be charged!  Please Note:  We may request a copy of your Bank Statements, showing your payments.

Delinquent Account:

Customer's account is considered delinquent if the Monthly Payment is not received by ElectroGear.Net when due. A $10.00 late fee may be charged each month, when customer's account is overdue.

Default on Account:

Customer agrees that they will be in default if: (a) they fail to pay the " monthly payment" when due; or (b) if he or she breaches any of the Terms and Conditions of the Purchase Agreement. If in default, then in compliance with applicable law, ElectroGear.Net has the right to: (a) demand customer to pay the entire unpaid balance on the account immediately; (b) apply monies received on subsequent purchases to any delinquent account balance owed including late fees if applicable; and/or (c) proceed with legal action.

Security Interest:

ElectroGear.Net to the extent legally permissible, retains a security interest in all merchandise until the balance is paid in full.

Shipping;

All shipping and handling fees have to be paid in advance for product to be shipped.
